Basic Shipping Guidelines:
Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received by 12pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be processed the following business day. Once the order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not necessarily from the time you place your order. Occasionally, due to warehouse restrictions, an order may be shipped in a different manner than the one you specify (at no additional cost to you).

For Next Day Air packages ordered on a Friday to be delivered on a Saturday you must call Customer Service at (305) 407-8890 before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time; please note that there is a $12.50 surcharge in addition to regular rush fees.

Please note that expedited shipping services such as UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air will deliver on the next business day. Saturday is not considered a business day. USPS Priority Mail will deliver on Saturdays along with your regular mail service.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates. The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Saturday is not considered a business day for UPS and FedEx. General shipping guidelines:

UPS Ground: 3-7 business days
FedEx Ground: 3-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days


Please allow extra delivery time for all orders shipping to Canada and APO addresses. Expedited orders are in transit for the amount of time promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances.

So that we may provide our customers with a unique selection of products, there are certain items which are not stocked in the Anything4Wireless warehouse. Since we do not have a physical inventory of these items, there may be times when the item you ordered is not available. We will notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible and that part of your order will be canceled and refunded. You are more than welcome to contact us prior to placing your order to determine if the item you are interested in is available: customerservice@anything4wireless.com or (305) 407-8890, 10 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday through Thursday.

Free Shipping promotions: anything4wireless.com reserves the right to select the shipping method for items qualifying for “Free Shipping”. Your item may ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail regardless of the method displayed during your checkout.

Refused Shipments/Delivery Intercept: customers that place orders with anything4wireless.com and then refuse the delivery (regardless of the reason) will be subject to a restocking fee and/or return shipping fees. Please contact Customer Service if you encounter an issue with your order prior to delivery. Please contact Customer Service if you have an issue with your package address after it is in transit. There is a $11 intercept fee charged by UPS to make changes to the delivery address once the package is in transit - this fee will be passed along to the customer if a delivery intercept is requested by the customer. Also, if UPS cannot deliver your package due to multiple errors in the address provided by the customer, the intercept fee will also be passed on to the customer.

Shipping cell phones and other high value products:
Cell phones can only be shipped to credit card billing addresses or to Google Checkout or PayPal approved shipping addresses. We will not ship cell phones to alternate shipping addresses. We cannot ship cellular phones to Canada. Cell phone orders will always be shipped "signature required".

Shipping To An Address Other Than The Billing Address:

Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require our customers to add the address they are shipping to to their credit card account. Contact your credit card company to have your shipping address added as an authorized shipping address on their records.

This is required so that we can help cut down on the fraudulent usage of credit cards that is so prevalent on the Internet. This one step helps us cut down on fraud, keeps our costs down, and enables us to provide our customers with the lowest price possible. The procedure is conducted strictly to protect consumers and anything4wireless.com. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it enables us to provide you with the best possible price. We hope you understand our position, and thank you for your cooperation!

International Shipping:
At this time, with the exception of Canada, we are only able to process international orders via pre-paid money order in US dollars. If you are interested in ordering this way, please contact us at customerservice@anything4wireless.com indicating what you would like to order and the exact shipping address. We will reply with a total which includes shipping costs. If you choose to move forward and place the order, we will provide you with an address to send the money order to. Once the money order is received we will ship your order and provide you with tracking information through an online account which we will create for you. Please keep in mind that there are some special considerations for international orders:
  • All international orders will be shipped via UPS. UPS requires a physical address (no PO Boxes) and a phone number for every international order. Depending upon your destination country, deliveries will take 5-10 business days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you to UPS at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. UPS will not release shipments without a signature any longer, so please be aware that you will need to either sign a door tag or sign for the package directly.
  • In the event that your item is defective, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping costs. anything4wireless.com tests all equipment before shipping.
  • Customers are encouraged to check with local customs regulations and should be aware of the laws within their country.
  • All items which are sold on anything4wireless.com are legal in the USA, however, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we will not be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs. We also will not be held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
  • We mark all customs forms with the description of "Small Electronics" for contents inside the package.
  • There are some countries which are a higher risk regarding customs seizures and problems. Countries such as (but not exclusively) Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea have very strict regulations. We take every effort to accommodate our customers but we cannot control or guarantee delivery to these areas.
  • If you would like your order expedited, we can rush international orders for an extra fee. To do so, please call us at (305) 407-8890, from 10am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Lost or stolen packages
anything4wireless.com is not responsible for items which are stolen from your location after delivery has been made and confirmed. If your item is lost by the carrier we will file a claim on your behalf, but it is up to the carrier to reimburse you for the merchandise.

We Recycle!
Did your order come in a “gently used” box? Your order may arrive in a box which once was home to vitamins or wireless accessories - fear not, that's anything4wireless.com's attempt at being environmentally responsible by recycling all packaging materials.

Special Considerations:
  • Occasionally, due to warehouse restrictions, an order may be shipped in a different manner than the one you specify (at no additional cost to you). We will, of course, notify you of any such changes.
  • Customers are still responsible for shipping charges on refused items.
  • Arrivals are based on carrier standards without any shipping discrepancies or problems.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays are not considered business days.
  • UPS requires a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery. If you have a P.O. Box asa delivery address, simply specify USPS as your shipping method.

Shipping Information to APOs and FPOs (Military Bases):
  • For orders to Military bases, please select US from the country list and appropriate option from the state drop down menu (such as AA, AE, AP).

  • Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days.

  • All orders to APO's and FPO's are sent via USPS.
