Return Policy
To return a product you must first call us at 888-270-2337. We will ask
you a few questions and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number. We will then email you a form to include with your return. Review the guarantee and warranty sections below
before calling. Once you receive your RMA form, ship it to anything4wireless.com with the items for exchange or refund. Items must be returned in like new condition and in packaging that has not been damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was back ordered and never shipped.

Guarantee
Please read our entire guarantee section to ensure you have reviewed information that may be applicable to your particular product. All of our products carry a 30-day money back guarantee (exceptions noted below). If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the products you purchase from anything4wireless.com, you can return them for a full refund (less shipping) anytime within the first 30 days. Please understand that we would need these products returned in their original packaging, with all parts originally shipped and in "like new" condition. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty will cover your product.
Cell phones are not returnable unless they
are defective. Activated defective equipment will be replaced with an identical
unit. If anything4wireless.com management approves a cell phone return and the
phone is not defective, that return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We
will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your cell phone
purchase but due to restrictions placed on anything4wireless.com by the cellular
service providers, considerable expense is incurred in processing phone returns
that are not defective. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Exclusive of items that are defective, items that are sold in packaging that is not re-sealable may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may consider partial refunds after 30 days, but reserve the right to review the product on return to make that determination. Additionally, all returned products, regardless of any other considerations, would be subject to a 20% restocking fee should it not be returned in original packaging and in "shelf-ready" condition.
if you are returning your item because you ordered the wrong item, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee would be waived if you are simply exchanging for the correct item.
Satellite Radio Receivers are not returnable once activated. Please consult either XM Satellite Radio or Sirius Satellite Radio directly to determine satellite coverage before activation to avoid this potential problem. Additionally, Satellite Radio Receivers and accessories that ship from the manufacturer in sealed bubble packaging (which cannot be resealed) are not returnable under any of the aforementioned terms of our Guarantee or Return policies. Please be sure to determine activation feasibility and accessory compatibility before opening this type of packaging. Satellite Radio Receivers and accessories that are defective are returnable, regardless of the condition of packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
Software & Data Kits are not returnable. Please be absolutely sure of your phones compatibility before ordering. Registered software is not reusable by any party but the original purchaser and activator.
Clearance Items are deeply discounted and not returnable under any circumstances. Please be absolutely sure of compatibility and coverage issues before ordering. Call us with any questions at 888.270.2337. |

Warranty
Most of our products receive a manufacturer's warranty of one year against defects in workmanship. Damage to any product due to abnormal stress or abuse is excluded. Please check the warranty information that is included with your item to obtain additional information regarding manufacturer's warranties. |
