The SX7T is a voice and data product while the SX7M is a data only device.

Both the SX7T and SX7M have the same printed circuit boards (PCB), software, radio modules and physical design with the exception that the dual RJ-11 ports on the SX7M are blocked from use.

Additionally, the SX7T supports voice, FAX, and circuit switched data connections. These services are accessible via the RJ-11 FXS ports. These ports emulate a PSTN central office and are compatible with POTS phones, analog modems, analog fax machines, caller ID boxes, and telephone answering machines.
